The Conference will be held at the Abdus Salam ICTP which is famous for excellence in science.

The International Topical Conference on Plasma Physics: Colloidal Plasma Science is a part of our activity at the Abdus Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics (the Abdus Salam ICTP), Trieste (Italy). The purpose of the present conference is to provide a forum for a large number of participants drawn from the Eastern Europe, the FSU, the developing countries, besides the industrial nations. We shall cover various aspects of collective  processes in colloidal and dusty plasma sciences as well in strongly coupled  systems with high-Z impurities. Thus, we shall be dealing with research fields which are cross-disciplinary. Furthermore, one of the main purpose  of  the conference is to help research workers from developing as well as  the FSU and east European countries to establish long term contacts and collaborations with scientists from the western countries and Japan.
