The lecturers for the review and topical talks will be invited by the Program Committee.
Contributed papers for poster presentations will be selected by the Program Committee on the basis of the submitted abstracts.
Full details regarding the submission of abstracts will be given in the Second Announcement.

1. One page camera ready (possibly prepared by using LATEX) abstract should be written on A-4 size bond paper, leaving 2.5 cm on all the
   sides. The text area is 6 inches across and 8.5 inches deep. For the invited speakers, we also suggest that you please prepare your manuscript [12 typed
   pages (double space) including figures for an invited talk]  following the instructions of Physica Scripta and bring your typescript as wellas the Latex file on a

   floppy disk with you at the ICTP so that we can rapidly bring out the conference proceedings in the form of a Topical Issue of Physica Scripta, which the

    participents will receive free of charge.   

2. The title, author(s) and affiliation should be mentioned on the top of the text.

3. The objective and results should be clearly stated.

According to the Program Committee decision, the Proceedings will be published after the Conference.

 The manuscripts for the Review and Topical lectures must be handed over to the Scientific Secretary on the first day of the Conference. The detailed instructions will be sent to the main author of each invited  paper prior to the meeting.
The invited talks will be published in Physica Scripta. The Proceedings of the Conference will be distributed to all registered members of the conference. Unfortunately, due to page limitations, it is not possible to publish the poster contributions
